My refund was approved but I still have not received it.
At the time of the refund, my old card was blocked and I received a new card.
The refund may have been sent to my old blocked card.
Could you please check this?

The people responding on this forum are users like yourself and can’t do anything more than advise you.
This is not mentioned in the documentation but others have posted here that if Apple cannot find the method that was used to make the payment, they might send it to your bank which is then responsible for getting it transferred to your new card*. Another possibility is Apple will issue a credit balance to your Apple Account instead.
