Bluetooth icon appears during calls with wired earphones

Bluetooth Icon appearing whenever I am calling or receiving calls from my original Apple earphones.

Contacted customer service and visited service centre and hard reset my device as well but problem is same.

Checked with other ear phones but the issue is same and also let my earphones checked with other device but on other devices there’s no such bluetooth icon during call.
