where did the content of my note go?

I’ve literally had 1,000 lines of information contacts etc… and I went to check up on it, poof gone. The note itself is not gone, literally but everything else is gone, I had multiple years of information on that note. 🥲 I swear there is a new reason for us to hate Apple for anything.
