Sounds like you may well have run a malicious script - with administrator privileges - which could have done almost anything.

There was another thread here a while ago where a naive user entered a “disguised” command that translated to “download script (from some malware site) and run it”. That script appeared, among other things, to try to steal the credentials needed to steal cryptocurrency.

I’m sorry, but if you compromised your own security in this way, the bad guys could now have access to ANY and ALL account and financial credentials that you had stored on it, or that you have entered since.

Avoid downloading apps directly from the web. Best to use the App Store. If you must download from the web, understand what you are clicking before you click it. I've never run into an app installation that required using Terminal to install.

I changed my passwords on my google chrome emails. Signed out of my orginal apple id made a new one

No need to create a new Apple Account. This can easily confuse your Mac and idevice operation in the future. Your Apple Account gets tied to any App Store and Music purchases and subscriptions. If you change your Apple Account then you lose access to purchases, subscriptions and other things associated with that account.

Best to simply change your Apple Account password.

But just today MY INSTAGRAM GOT HACKED even though my cropto wallet still has money n eveything.

If you feel your account security has been compromised, then changing the password on any of your important accounts might be necessary.

Apple has built some very good security into the macOS and it is updated regularly. But that cannot protect you from yourself.

Nothing gets installed on the Mac without user consent. If garbage gets installed on your Mac it will be because you installed it by allowing and giving permission.
