Accidentally Deleted & Reported iMessage Group Chat — How Do I Fix It?

I can still call/text my husband and daughter individually, but I’m no longer receiving any messages from them in the group chat, even though they’re still using it. Is there any way to fix this? Can I undo the report/delete, or should we just delete the old group thread and start a new one? Is this mistake permanent?
