Unable to install Netflix on older iPad Pro
What apps can be uploaded for streaming on an older iPad ipadpro17.7. 10. It won’t upload netflix
The current version of Netflix requires iPadOS 18 or later.
If you have downloaded the App previously with the same Apple ID as is currently on the iPad, you should be able to get a compatible older version for iPadOS 17, by downloading it from the Apple account's Purchase history.

Other Apps that can work directly, include:
Prime Video (requires iPadOS 16)
Paramount+ (Also iiPadOS 16)
Disney+ (iPadOS 16.5)
and several others. You can verify version requirements for the apps in the Information section of the App's store entry, under Compatibility. Tap on the compatibility to get the specific iPadOS version it requires.
