I was trying to update a app but it isn’t in the app store so i have to change my region then update it then change it back to my original region but then it said this thing and i already cancelled my apple music subscription what can i do now
You have to wait for it to expire or you have to ask Apple to cancel it early. Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
