My hidden apps won’t show up even when I click it, It doesn’t give me the chance to even select if it’s passcode or Face ID though my Face ID is bad since two days now

Opening hidden apps requires Face ID to be functional. If your Face ID isn't working, you'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar, likely for a screen replacement.
Maybe a wipe and restore with backup but no faceID during setup

You need to reset your faceID and unhide the apps before faceID fails completely
