This apple support guide (111792) says that when using Sidecar with an iPad Pro in reference mode, the user can select a reference mode preset (ie/ rec709, srgb, etc). However, on OS26.1 and iPadOS 26, this isn't an available option. Has this feature been removed or is it still in development?
It was announced in 2022, but I can't find an evidence it was ever implemented.

Well, it does not say that exactly. The iPad Pro must be one of these:
Correct - I’m running an iPad Pro 11-inch M4. I have thoroughly read the documentation and my hardware/software matches all requirements, however the reference preset option detailed in the support documentation is not available.
