Can’t find “allow paste from other apps” setting for Safari on iPad

I can’t find the “allow paste from other apps” setting for Safari on my iPad.

Discovering this setting on my iPhone has significantly improved my quality of life, as I no longer have to deal with the annoying “allow paste?” message, but I can’t find the option in the settings for Safari on iPad.

What am I missing?
