On iPhone 16e (iOS 18), is it possible to block phone numbers that are not in my contacts by manually entering those numbers? Googling this question provides information that is either wrong or outdated. Thanks.

Alternatively, I have a spam entry in my contacts, which has no ringtone (a ringtone of silence) and no haptics set, and I can add entries as they arrive, or can add them manually. Sooner or later I’ll need some limit in contacts, but not so far.
