Купил 16 pro max, он перестал работать. Пишет на официальном сайте что гарантия истекла в 2007. Пробил по IMEI и серийному номеру, пишет что телефон AS IS+ и восстановлен. Может ли как то Apple подтвердить это официально онлайн, чтобы я не нес телефон в сервисный центр на разбор и диагностику.
Why did you start a completely new thread on the very same topic? Just like in the other thread, you bought a refurbished phone. If you were told the phone was brand new, it wasn't. And that is something you need to address with the seller. There's nothing anyone on this user to user only forum, nor at Apple can do to change reality.
