How do I cancel a subscription which doesn't show in the list? My country region is India and I took a OTT subscription of HOICHOI International which is charging me 9.99$ monthly via apple pay and doesn't show up under my subscription list, the merchant is saying they can't cancel from their end and charging me every month

Thanks, I tried them all, They are stubborn on the decision that only apple can cancel it and they cannot. Maybe I need to get it cancelled from the bank's end if nothing else works out, not sure if that will resolve though
How did you subscribe? Using hoichoi’s app? Their website? Amazon Prime? Some other way?

I subscribed in their website using the apple id sign in, now when I dropped them an email to cancel it, they say they can't do it from their end
