Is it normal for only one drive to appear

I purchased a 40TB Glyph Raid drive and have set it to Redundancy. I have formated the drive and see one of the 20TB drives on the desktop, is this normal or should I be seeing both drives on the desktop?

Thank you

Peter

I don't know exactly what "Redundancy" means here, but it sounds like it may be a RAID 1 mirror so only a single volume would be shown.

You should read the RAID drive/enclosure's documentation to understand how that device works & can be configured.
