There is a link in sounds & Haptics Ringtone settings "download purchased ringtones"
If you made them yourself you may have to manually add them back
Were they bought from the iTunes store app using that Apple account?
I’ve tried that. I have receipts that I purchased the ringtones but they aren’t showing up under “purchased” or “downloads” when I click download all purchased ringtones nothing happens. It just goes back to ringtone list and neither of the newly purchased ringtones show up.
How do I troubleshoot missing ringtones on iPhone after signing out and restarting?
