Why is my Apple watch randomly pinging in the night?
do not disturb on
alarms off
notifications off
find my device off
any help gratefully received
Apple Watch Series 8, watchOS 11
On my iPhone in Settings/Focus/Sleep Focus/Allow Notifications, no Apps are allowed, only notifications/calls from certain people. And the watch is using this Sleep Focus without any issues.
If you select no people under "Allow Notifications" your watch should stay silent.
