how can i restrict outgoing calls overnight (for a dementia patient)? I believe we all have iPhone 12 (but after several days/weeks of multiple 1a-5a calls, who knows??)

thanks so much; unfortunately, it's not just us being called at these times ...many of our relatives are also being called. We need to find a way to not allow the outgoing call without the device notification of when it goes into effect
You can also block YOUR incoming calls by using a 'Sleep' focus, that comes into effect daily at your usual bedtime, and turns itself off at your normal getting-up time.
Apple Watch users use this to keep the Watch face from lighting up when they roll over at night, among other things.
