Missing VAT refund document for iPhone - Apple Hamburg

I need your support for VAT refund.

I purchased Iphone from Apple Hamburg store in 20.06.2025. I took my sheets to get back the TAX.

I applied and gave these to Airport Tax Free Service. They did not gave me any doc.

At the end Global Blue Company repleid my mail; they have no any request. The doc. could be disappeared.

They recommend me to contact the Apple Store in Hamburg directly as the store is the only entity that can create this document. If I have obtained a Global Blue Tax Free form and sent it to their offices, They would need the Form Doc-ID or any tracking information available.

Could you please help me about that issue. (I forwarded with this e-mail which GlobalBlue service sent to me)
