I unfortunately have some problems with family sharing since I'm the underage of 13. So my sister has an apple id she doesn't want it so I followed the steps to delete it but it asked me for a card pin I don't know what to do I'm not even 13 or 18 yet can someone help?

You are better off having an adult set up Family Sharing and set up your own account. Don't use your sister's. Here are some support articles for your parent or guardian:
