I received my order, but it’s not correct
I just got my order, but I found the color is not what I ordered. How to contact Apple to get correct order?

Just curious what you ordered and what color you expected? I ask because if it is an iPhone Air, many people are very surprised that what they thought was gold, looks almost white in most lighting conditions.
It was very confusing. (This is iPhone 16]
The delivery box says P: PURPLE and the iPhone box photo looks blue, not like Teal that is shown on the site. I expected green like the iPad I have. I found the letter Teal on the iPhone box. So, finally I just opened it.
It still looks blue than green (teal?).
I may argue more, but it’s busy time. I gave up. As long as it works, I decided to take it.

You may be slightly confused. iPhone 16 doesn't come in a Purple. It comes in Blue/Teal/Pink/White/Black
Teal is truly a Green/Blue
That is Teal and if you ordered Teal, it is the right color.
