Seperating iphone from Mac Studio on the cloud

I have 6 TB Icloud and 512 GB drive. My Mac Studio Has too much data from my photos so that iphone storage is full. I want to set up my computer and phone on seperate clouids so thagt I can have my phone back.

I was up all last night moving photosw from my harddrive to an external hard drive but despte moving so much daata my iphone is still not working. How can I seperate these two devices so i can use them?
