Random Music, Voice Control, and listening activate at night

at night, my music app opens randomly and plays the last song I played earlier in the day. This happens over and over continually even after closing it multiple times after it keeps playing.

tonight, a new screen is randomly appearing called voice control.

both are interrupting whatever I am doing.

third thing that has been happening for a few weeks is the listening comes on at night and also keeps me from listening to whatever I had been listening to.

I hard boot the phone off but all three of the above continues each evening.

maybe my bedroom is haunted...that is the only room

these things happen in (a possibility I hadn't considered).

also tonight the music. That starts randomly speeds up like it is playing three times faster than normal. Then it goes back to normal speed for a bit.

Any thought?

This sounds spooky, but everything you described can be explained by a combination of accidental triggersaccessibility features, and audio/Bluetooth bugs — especially at night, when the phone is idle, plugged in, or near certain devices. Your iPhone is not haunted — all your symptoms match accidental activations of Voice Control, Sound Recognition, Bluetooth auto-play triggers, and shake-based commands. Music playing by itself, Voice Control opening, and audio speeding up all point to misfires from sensors or connected devices, especially at night. Turning off Voice Control, Shake to Undo, Bluetooth, Sound Recognition, and “Hey Siri” usually stops all nighttime activations.
