Apple Watch sent notification to iPhone to reset password. Can't find the notification.

The Apple Watch → iPhone passcode reset notification commonly disappears on iOS 26, but you don’t need the notification to reset. You can unpair the Watch from the Watch app (which triggers the reset flow), or reset the Watch directly from its power menu. Restarting both devices can also regenerate the notification. You will be able to restore from your Watch backup afterward.
