On my watch 10 - 26.1, I am doing a workout and want to end it, I touch the red X but the watch pauses the workout, will not end the workout.
This has happened several times now. Today I used the phone to end the workout. This is not ideal, and I have never had this problem before.
Any ideas anyone?
To end a workout swipe the screen left to right, then tap the red x then the white x
Or "Hey Siri end the workout"
For Watch that us obviously misbehaving there is a sequence to follow ...

LD150. Thanks for your reply. I probably did not explain myself, sorry. I do swipe the screen from left to right as you mentioned, this is where I tap the red x, but I do not get the white x.
When I do tap the red x that is when the workout is paused, and I cannot end the workout.
I completely forgot about Siri, thanks for that reminder.
