Importing iPhone notes from a zip file to Apple Notes

I have a set of notes from my fathers iphone downloaded from apple that came in a zip file format and trying to import those into my notes/icloud. How would I do exactly.

We need much more information. Examples:

What does “notes” mean exactly? It likely does not mean data from Apple’s Notes app as that cannot easily be put into a ZIP file.
What app on your father’s iPhone housed these “notes”?
What does “downloaded from [A]pple” mean exactly?

Do you they need to be on your iPhone or actually in iCloud? It would seem you could upload the zip file to your computer and save them there? Taking that another step further, once uploaded to your computer, it stands to reason, the notes could then be synced to your iPhone using Finder on a Mac or Apple Devices on a Windows computer.

Zip file is not really in the Apple iPhone vocabulary. I doubt it will happen. How did you ever get iphone notes onto a zip file?
