As with all models of iPad that support inductive charging, the iPad has only one inductive charging dock for the Apple Pencil...
With the iPad screen facing you in Landscape orientation - with the USB-C port situated at the right-hand edge of the iPad - the Pencil charging dock will be positioned centrally at the top edge of the iPad. In this position, the iPad's front (selfie) camera will also be positioned at top-centre of the screen bezel.
