Subscription renewal email mislabels annual subscription as monthly.
I got a reminder to renew an annual subscription. My apple account correctly labels the subscription as annual, billed annually. However, the renewal email mislabeled it as a monthly subscription at the same price (20 CHF monthly instead of annually). This gave me a shock as I thought the price was now 12 times higher than it actually was and I was about to cancel the subscription.
I found no way of reporting this on the Apple Support app. How to I report this to apple?
