How to erase an old Apple ID with a lost password

I have two accounts on Apple Store. I want to erase one of them. Made some mistake and the account mail address is still registered, but I cannot get in to it because I lost the password. I need to get rid of this mail address, because it comes automatically in every thing I try to sign in on, it seems. So simply: how do I even get Apple to erase this for me?

To delete an account you have to have access to it, so your solution is to reset the password.
