iPhone 14 Pro Passcode issues

My iPhone 14 pro passcode hasn't been working all day and I know its correct because my old Samsung uses the exact same code. Not sure what's going on at all but I've read that the only solution is to reset my phone.

I can't do that because my iCloud hit its cap around March and I didn't upgrade my plan. There's pictures of my deceased father in there and I wont be able to recover the images. Additionally, the timer has been freezing at 2 hours and 2 minutes, I've restarted it twice already too. Does anyone have any solutions?

First try a forced restart https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios

However if it turns out that the screen is damaged or you actually forgot it, there is no way round a full reset.

Backups MUST occur before something goes wrong. You ran out of iCloud Storage months ago. But you could have easily invested $1 per month to add more storage to the 50GB plan. Now you've got an issue and it's too late to backup your phone. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and see if they can help you, but you may be looking at having to get a new screen and that will likely mean losing any data which isn't backed up.

This may be a hard lesson to learn, but you could have completely avoided the loss of data for a very minor expense.
