Problems with finding the connection between the printer and the notebook.

MacBook Air M1 Os 26.1. While finding the printer(Epson L3250), notebook can see the printer, also it can see the drivers of that printer but when I push 'add the printer' there's no any communication between the printer and the notebook. Neither Wifi nor Usb-cable. Are there any solutions of that problem?
