Apple TV app is stuck on loading after sign-in

And Support isn't even accessible since I don't own any Apple hardware devices.

Support staff is available for services as well, not just hardware.

I have the exact same problem on my Android TV but on my phone is fine.

I didn't do anything, it just stopped working and it was fine until few days ago.

I tried anything: I cleanead the cache, uninstall/install, logged out, logged it, etc.

Really frustrating to find I cannot use my subscription today. And Support isn't even accessible since I don't own any Apple hardware devices.
