Unable to extend ringtone duration on iPhone X
I have an Iphone10 how do I extend the ringtone please I have tried many as suggested but nothing seems to work

Not sure what has been suggested to you at this point, but since there are no controls on an iPhone to do what your ask, it is your carrier that may or may not be able to change the duration of ringtones.
If you have not yet contacted the customer support staff at your carrier, now might be a good time.
