All the time I am receiving turn on iCloud SMS why???
Why i am receiving always turn ICloud? How to fix it please advise

Since the iPhone 15 series relies heavily on eSIMs, you may have an old or inactive line that is still trying to "activate."
- Go to: Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Service).
- Look at the SIMs: Do you have a secondary line, a travel eSIM, or an old number listed there that you aren't using?
- Action: Tap on any unused line and Turn it Off or Delete eSIM.
- Why: If an inactive line is turned "On" in settings but has no signal/service, the iPhone keeps trying to activate iMessage for it and failing, triggering the SMS popup.
