How to enable Lossless and download features for an active Apple Music subscription on iPhone?

Hello,


I have an active Apple Music subscription, and I can listen to music without any problem. However, on my iPhone, the Lossless / High-Quality Audio / Download settings are not visible at all.




My subscription is fully active and not expired, but when I try to change the region, the system asks me to “keep the subscription.”




I kindly request that you enable Lossless and download features on my account so I can enjoy all music in full quality on my iPhone.

Do not change your region. Perform the Sign Out/In of Media & Purchases


If the settings are missing entirely, your phone likely has a cached "verification token" that thinks you are a free user or on a restricted plan. You need to force it to re-check your status.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap [Your Name] at the top.
  3. Tap Media & Purchases.
  4. Tap Sign Out. (This will not delete your photos or contacts; it only signs you out of the Store/Music).
  5. Restart your iPhone.
  6. Go back to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases and sign back in.
  7. Open the Music app and wait 30 seconds for your library to reload. The settings should now appear.
