Only showing libary items that have not been watched using Apple TV for Windows

I have Apple tv app for Windows, I am trying to sort or hide my library contents so that items I have watched are hidden or sorted to the bottom and unwatched items are not hidden or come up first. I am open to either of these options but would prefer the first. But if hidden I would like to be able to easily recall them as I do watch items again when I want something in the background that I don't have to concentrate on fully.

I have changed numerous items from unwatched to watched which does nothing. All the searching online tells me to edit the library bar when I follow those steps I get nothing.

Does anyone have step by step directions as I am really frustrated with this issue
