I'd also ask if you have a VPN on your iPhone? Banks won't typically let a user log into their app when a VPN is involved. iPhone simply doesn't need a VPN, so if you have one, remove it and any associated app, restart your iPhone, then see if you can get into their app.

Contact your bank and ask them, Apple is not responsible for third party apps not working.

Have you recently installed iOS 26.1?

If you are not using a VPN, it is possible that the developers for the TD Bank App have not updated their app......although they certainly should have done this previously.

Wouldn't be the first banking app to lag behind though.....we see things like this all the time.
