iMac screen frozen, preventing keyboard and mouse

My screen is frozen on my IMAC (early 2021) desktop. I can't connect my keyboard or my mouse because I can't get to the bluetooth screen. I have been troubleshooting for the last 3 hrs. Everything you can think of.

Please help.

Thank you.

Force the iMac to shut down by pressing and holding its power button until it shuts down. That takes about six seconds. Then, release the power button. Depress it momentarily to start it again. If no Bluetooth devices are connected it will search for them. If the Bluetooth module is inoperative you will need to use wired (USB) input devices until you can resolve the problem. Any inexpensive USB keyboard and mouse will work.
