i accidentally deleted my internal disk in my macbook and im crying.

hello! i’m in need of desperate help. i factory reset my macbook pro and i accidentally deleted the APFS SSD folder (the top one) and now that i’m trying to fix it, i can’t because it erased the macintosh hd too. and when i looked for others ways how to fix it, it always says i need to erase something (can’t remember) and rename it as macintosh hd AND I CANT DO THAT because for some reason i don’t have any APFS showing up in the format as an option and every video i watched, thats what it always told me to do AND I CANT DO THAT. i have macOS sierra.

love,

teenager who is crashing out.

pls help me out :(

Okay, not to fret.

The "No Bag Entry" error might be a result of an incorrect system date and time, maybe a poor wi-fi or internet connection.

Make sure that your network connection is connected and working properly. Do that from the Utilities > Network Utilities.

If the network is working properly, try Utilities > Terminal and use the date command to check that the Mac's clock is correct.

If the date and time are incorrect, you can update it with the Terminal command: ntupdate -u time.apple.com

Run the command, then close Terminal and continue with the OS installation.
