Unfortunately, there is little help with this type of inquiry here. Apple will not see your question here, where responders are other end users gathered for mutual tech help. We have no more access their shipping system records than you.
It could simply be overload with updating records, as all companies and shippers are at the peak of the shopping year. Apple cannot update their records until the shipper reports your item as delivered.
You should get a survey email about your shopping experience in a day or two. That would be the place to report it to Apple.
