India's Digiyatra App. Not able to login. Keyboard freezes

I have problem starting the digiyatra app. Have been using this, but suddenly went off - asked for credentials and now not able to login. The keyboard just freezes. Have tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it and rebooting the phone. Does not help. How do we take this up or is there any solution
