Apple Watch Series 11 face Weather complication is not working

With the Apple Watch Series 11, I noticed that many of the watch-face complications I originally set up through my iPhone had disappeared. Surprisingly, though, the watch still lets you set them up manually. One of the first things I did was add the weather complication back to my watch face.

I have two world clocks set up, but for some reason the weather complication insists on showing the conditions for my alternate international location instead of my actual location here in Australia. It’s pretty annoying, and I’m not sure if this is something specific to the Series 11 or a long-standing issue.

My Location Service is set to be used “While Using” for Weather.

Can any one help me to resolve this issue please? Thanks.

Yes, I did. My location was the first city and the international location was the last. I tried moving it to mid point or reversed order. But whichever way I sorted them the watch still was showing only the international location. Finally just to manage it useful for me, removed the international location from the weather app. Only then the watch finally picked my correct location.

Glad you solved it by deleting the other location.

Did you check, if in the WatchApp on your iPhone -> My Watch -> Weather -> Default City is (or has been) set to "Current Location"?

If I tap on the Weather complication on my watch, using these settings, I can briefly see the GPS icon, checking my current location and then showing the name of the found location.
