Apple TV+ shows display an error
apple tv signed up for a trial but I getting an "error occured please try again" when I try to watch any show. I've rebooted, no updates needed...but it works on my phone but not laptop why? Help please!
For laptops (and desktops) you have two choices:
- Use the web interface, at tv.apple.com.
- Use the Apple TV app, available for Mac (macOS 10.15+) and Windows (Windows 10 or later). Apple TV app - Microsoft App Store
If one method doesn’t work for you, then please try the other.
