Unable to unlink girlfriends account from mine.

Hi. A couple of years ago I borrowed my girlfriends old phone for a few day and ever since, her account has been linked to mine and I can't figure out how to remove it. I tried to create an account on a website using my apple id and I scanned the QR code on my iphone to sign in with my apple account and it only gave me my girlfriends email as a choice. I was unable to choose my account to sign in.

Any ideas on what to do. She is part of my family sharing but her account shouldn't be showing up.

You say you were trying to sign into an account. Were you using Sign In With Apple? = What is Sign in with Apple? - Apple Support

Unfortunately when you borrowed the girlfriend's iPhone you probably signed in with you account but did not completely erase her iPhone first. This then likely resulted in complete mixing of your accounts and transferring of her content to your iCloud and your other machines. You will have to go through all your files and settings and remove anything you do not want. Also realize that the same may have happened to her account. You can't remove your files on her account but she can.

When you tried to sign in, were other options presented on the page such as use a different account?
