How to find Apple subscription purchase history on Windows

I never got a receipt for a recent subscription renewal (based on the new expiration date and my reduced Apple account balance, it looks like the subscription DID renew) and am trying to find a receipt in my Apple account. I'm logged into my Apple Account on a Windows PC and I can't find the subscription payment history. The Subscriptions page says "A receipt will be sent to you each time one of your subscriptions renews. Receipts are always available in Apple Account settings > Purchase History." But I don't see Settings anywhere. A "support" page says about this (for Windows PC) says "Scroll to the Purchase History section. Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All." but there is no Purchase History section. How do I find the purchase history in my account using a Windows PC?

That's where I looked, but the instructions don't match what I see in my browser when logged into Apple. That support page says "Scroll to the Purchase History section. Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All. It might take a moment for your Purchase History to appear." I've tried logging into my Apple Account (https://account.apple.com/) and Apple TV on a Windows PC, but there is no Purchase History section on either of these. Apple TV only gives me options to stream shows and a Settings option (https://tv.apple.com/us/account/settings), and there's no purchase history section in Settings and I can't find that info anywhere else (even under Subscriptions). Logged into Apple Account, the only options are Personal Information, Sign-In and Security, Payment & Shipping, Subscriptions, Family Sharing, Devices, Privacy. None of those has a Purchase History. I have "Renewal Receipt Emails" checked for Subscriptions, and I've always gotten an email in the past, but not this time. Unless you're an Apple enthusiast, with nothing but Apple products (I am not), Apple is pretty frustrating. But thanks, anyway.
