AirPods Pro (1st gen) won't connect or reset

I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my AirPods Pro (1st gen, MagSafe case) and I’m hoping someone here might have some ideas. They won’t connect to any of my devices, and I can’t get them to reset either. I’ve watched more than a dozen tutorials and tried every step I could find—including everything listed on Apple’s support site—but nothing has worked so far.

When I open the case, the status light just keeps blinking white. If I try to reset them by holding the button on the back, the light never turns amber or changes color at all. At this point I’m out of ideas and not sure what else to try. Any help would be really appreciated!
