Unauthorized Apple Pay transactions

Hello Apple Support,

I am reporting unauthorized transactions on my Apple Pay account. My debit card ending in 0505 was used without my permission. Here are the details:

AMAN*LA BELLA STORE – 5,000 EGP – 02/12 18:10
AMAN*CHEESY RESTAURA – 20,000 EGP – 02/12 18:12
AMAN*ELRAHMA MEDICAL – 10,000 EGP – 02/12 18:13
AMAN*HAREET ELKIRA – 5,000 EGP – 02/12 18:13

I did not authorize any of these transactions. My Apple Pay account appears to have been compromised.

Please investigate and confirm these transactions as fraudulent, remove any unauthorized access, and provide official documentation for my bank

If you did not make those purchases or someone with the Passcode and physical access to your phone, then it is your credit card that was compromised. Don't share your passcode with anyone as that authorizes them to use your device and that includes for making purchases. The transactions you see in your Wallet are what your bank provides to you to view, not necessarily because it was purchased with Apple Pay. In either case it is not Apple that would approve/deny any transaction, it is your bank that does that.

With any fraudulent transaction, you need to go to your bank and dispute the charge.
