Multiple Faulty AirPods Pro 2 Replacements – Need Proper Resolution

Hello Apple Team,

I am facing repeated issues with my AirPods Pro 2 and the replacements I have received, and I am extremely frustrated at this point.

Here is exactly what has happened:

  1. My original AirPods Pro 2 had glitching issues, so Apple replaced both AirPods under warranty.
  2. In the replacement pair, the left AirPod was not properly aligned, which caused discomfort while inserting and removing it.
  3. I visited the service center again, and they replaced the left AirPod.
  4. However, this new left AirPod is now producing a clipping/clicking sound every time I put it in my ear. The issue starts immediately and is very noticeable.

This means that in a short time, I have received three faulty units in total, and I’ve had to visit the store multiple times. This has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially for a premium product.

I kindly request your help in resolving this properly. I would prefer:

  • A complete full-unit replacement (both AirPods and the charging case),
  • or
  • A guaranteed, thoroughly checked, non-defective replacement.

I just want a stable, working pair without having to return again.

Thank you for your time and support.

If you want the highest chance of success:

Contact Apple Support directly via this link:

https://support.apple.com/repair/airpods

Choose AirPods Pro 2 → Audio issues → Replacement and provide this message.

This ensures the case is escalated beyond the in-store service center if necessary.

You can also ask for a senior advisor, who has the authority to approve a full-unit replacement.
