Multiple corporate Apple Developer accounts for one owner?

Possibility to Register Multiple Corporate Apple Developer Accounts Under One Owner

Our company already has one corporate Apple Developer account. We plan to release new apps under separate legal entities, each of which belongs to the same owner. It is necessary to find out whether Apple allows registration of several corporate Developer accounts for different companies when the actual owner remains the same person. It is important to understand the legal and technical limitations, potential risk of account suspension, and Apple’s requirements for verifying the independence of the companies.

Yes — but only if each company is a genuinely separate legal entity and you enroll them separately (with their own D-U-N-S / legal paperwork and a different Organization enrollment). Apple will verify each company and can suspend accounts if it believes multiple accounts are being used to evade rules or if the “separate” companies are actually the same entity in disguise.

I strongly recommend for something like this that you refer to what Apple actually says. What was posted earlier may be correct but the source of the information is undocumented and could potentially be AI sourced (many posts by that contributor have strong similarities to AI style replies). I would not consider that to be reliable in a case where your legal status is in question.
