Programs and MIDI devices unavailable after wake from sleep

My problem is that after my Mac is woken up from a longer sleep, e.g. overnight, several programs like Ableton Live won't start again, and even the KeyStepPro MIDI keyboard is no longer available on other DAWs. Only a system restart solves the problem. But this can't be the solution.

I have a Mac Studio M2 with the latest macOS Tahoe.

Does anybody have a suggestion?

Only a system restart solves the problem. But this can't be the solution.
