Sorry, once your phone becomes unavailable, there is no other way to get back in your phone, even if you remember the password. You will now need to reset your phone. Hopefully you made backups so you can restore your data after the reset.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled or unavailable -

I have f Unavailable appears on the screen. I have not I don't have a backup. I realized I'd lose all my data. I saw on YouTube a way to update the iPhone using iTunes' recovery mode. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to enter the password. If not, I'll take it to a service center, and they'll reset it while preserving my data. Thank You! From Russia whith Love)

If you are saying that a message of Unavailable appears on the screen, you have exceeded the number of incorrect tries allowed, and you are locked out of the phone.

The only thing that you can do at this point is reset the phone back to factory defaults and then set it up again. You will lose all the data on the phone during this process, but you can restore the data from a current backup.

Or, maybe you are seeing a message of Activation Locked not the screen? That is a more serious issue.

So the big question here is........What is the message that you see on the screen?
